Anchor bolt(
Perno de anclaje) is a kind of advanced anchoring system. It can replace cable bolt under the complex geological conditions and overcome many problems, such as hole collapse, insertion and injection. Anchor bolt can be arbitrarily cut, lengthened, prestressed and load releasing. It can be used as a grouting tube. After prestressing on anchor bolt, the structures and soil will be anchored together, which will improve the bearing capacity and ensure the overall stability of the surrounding rock. It has been proven to have great application value.
1. Anchor bolt has the functions of drilling, grouting and anchoring. Through the analysis and comparison of practical constructions, it’s a good choice to use anchor bolt for hole formation and broken rock mass. While the application of cable bolt is prone to collapse and hard to drill in the above geological conditions, resulting the design requirement can’t be met.
2. Anchor bolt consists of a drill bit with strong penetration. The drill bit can penetrate all kinds of rock easily in the role of the general DTH drill.
3. Anchor bolt has the features of fast construction speed, saving time and reducing cost. It can play a supporting role much faster and more timely than cable bolt.
4. Anchor bolt was grouted by the high pressure pump. It’s no need to pull out the anchor bar after grouting. The anchor bar is hollow, which can be used as a grouting channel. The grouting is from inside to outside so as to reach full grout, thus anchor bolt can play a greater role in its own.
